With the little flame of hope she had left, she sought a way out. Her path to healing took her to the rugged terrain of Colorado, where she set out to conquer 55 fourteeners, mountains exceeding 14,000 feet. This physically and mentally demanding journey became the crucible of her transformation.
Amidst Colorado’s majestic peaks, Kristina found solace, disconnecting from the world’s noise to connect with something greater. In these moments, amidst towering mountains, she discovered a profound relationship with God. Kristina’s newfound faith ignited a mission to serve God through her work and life. She recognized her struggles as part of a greater purpose.
Several years after she found recovery, Kristina embarked on a new journey with her husband Joe Bonfe by founding Bonfe Exteriors. Their company goes beyond renovations; it’s a testament of their commitment to God’s work, emphasizing integrity, compassion, and a Christ-like culture.
